01 Website Usage
By accessing or using any digital property operated by The Wardrobe Luxe, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who browses, purchases, or otherwise interacts with our website, mobile-optimised pages, or any linked digital content.
- All content on our website — including images, copy, product descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Wardrobe Luxe and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.
- Product availability and pricing displayed online are subject to change. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing any order.
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site’s functionality or reputation.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or any content published on it.
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content of external sites.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
02 Promotional Communications
When you make a purchase, register an account, or explicitly subscribe, you may receive promotional communications from The Wardrobe Luxe. These may include new arrivals, exclusive offers, event invitations, and curated editorial content.
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving marketing communications from The Wardrobe Luxe via the channels you have opted into. You may withdraw this consent at any time — see Section 04 for opt-out options.
- We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- All promotional communications will clearly identify The Wardrobe Luxe as the sender.
- Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of the offer and cannot be combined unless stated.
- We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
03 SMS, WhatsApp & RCS Communications
With your consent, The Wardrobe Luxe may contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS (Rich Communication Services) for transactional and marketing purposes. The following terms apply to all such communications.
- SMS: Order confirmations, delivery updates, and promotional alerts sent to your registered mobile number.
- WhatsApp: Rich media lookbooks, new arrival drops, event invitations, and direct customer service conversations.
- RCS: Enhanced interactive messages including product carousels, store offers, and tap-to-action promotions where supported.
- Consent: You will only receive messages on channels you have explicitly opted into. Opting in via one channel does not automatically enrol you in others.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 promotional messages per month, in addition to transactional messages related to your orders.
- Charges: Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Wardrobe Luxe does not charge for messages sent.
- Data use: Your mobile number and messaging preferences are stored securely and used solely for the purposes you have consented to.
- No guarantees: Message delivery depends on your mobile network and device compatibility. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.
- Minors: Our messaging services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
04 Opt-out & Unsubscribe
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving promotional communications from The Wardrobe Luxe at any time, through any of the methods below. Requests are processed within 3 business days. Note that opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages related to active orders.
- SMS: Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
- WhatsApp: Send STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in any WhatsApp conversation with The Wardrobe Luxe.
- Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or write to quest.mpv@rpsg.in.
- In-store: Visit us at the 6th Floor, Quest and speak with any team member to update your communication preferences.
Re-subscribing: if you opt out and later wish to receive communications again, you may re-subscribe by contacting our team or providing consent at your next purchase.
